Yesterday was of course Canada Day and so I was out in the park enjoying the sunshine and not inside blogging. Sorry!
If it’s any consolation, it seems people were doing my work for me and getting my cardboard Stealth Chair on the front page of Industrial Design Served!
So that’s pretty neat.
If you don’t remember, the cardboard Stealth Chair was a group effort with the ever-talented and generally awesome Alex Forrest and Duncan Carmichael that we did last year for our sort of thesis design project. It features no adhesives, fasteners or anything other than 100% sheet cardboard that we so cleverly folded and dove-tailed. We painted the shell, but that’s hardly structural.
So, go check out the pictures / sketches / renders and “appreciate it” with the blue button at the bottom. Awesome.
